(This is just a little description of how the ballroom is set up, and guidlines for how staff expect students to act).
After leaving the dining hall where the main meal was served, the students and staff alike enter the ballroom. The ballroom is dressed up beautifully. The color scheme revolves around warm autumn-like colors, but focuses on gold. There is an all-age friendly bar set up near the entrance. The usual chairs lining the wall have all been dressed up, and a fair amount are placed around small tables to relax around. The floor length windows along one wall open up to the decorated courtyard for those who feel like they need air. A small stage has been set up where a popular band will be playing throughout the evening. During the band's breaks, there will be a DJ playing music.
The meal was served at six, the dancing begins at seven thirty and the night ends at midnight. It's a Saturday evening.
Staff are expecting the students to be respectful, and follow all school rules. They don't want any trouble or damages done to the hall. They simply expect all students to be well behaved and act responsibly.
