SO this is Mackenzie Louisa Kendrick but that's a whole mouth full isn't it? You can just call her Mac or Macks. She's sixteen years old, and she's a sophomore at Kostine Academy. Before she goes out in this big, bad world, she needs a few things...


I've been staring down...

IF there's one thing Mac knows it's that she doesn't understand women. At all. She's never had very many friends who are girls because she doesn't play with make-up and hair things and pretty much just tosses whatever is clean and comfortable on to her body. She's really friendly though, if a little awkward to start. What she definitely needs are some boys. She's not afraid to get down and dirty and is totally a rough and tumble kind of girl. She loves sports and mechanics and all that. However, Mac's not entirely opposed to friends who are girls. It's not that she avoids girls, more vice versa. As long as she finds some accepting female friends, she'd be more than happy to return the friendship. And in fact, maybe some girl friends are exactly what this tomboy needs.

NOT to speak badly on my own character, but Mac can be a little clueless when it comes to people's feelings. She has a habit of being a bit too blunt, perhaps and that gets her into trouble. She also has no tolerance for the silly games that girls seem to play sometimes and will roll her eyes and suck her teeth at them. I also could foresee a little jealousy, maybe, because Mac usually travels in a band of boys.

ONE word to describe Mac when it comes to boys and relationships would be: hopeless. She has absolutely no sense of when someone is flirting with her or when someone has an interest in her. And once she realizes she likes a guy, she tends to get completely useless around him. She just blushes and ducks her head as she's afraid of saying something stupid or making a fool of herself in front of him.

Corbi & Mac

Corbi would definitely attempt to befriend Mac, if just to try to force her to be girly for some of her shoots, because that's what corbi does with her photography (make people uncomfortable). I could also see her being a bit of an annoyance to Mac but she wouldn't push the girly thing too much. She's pretty down to earth so she'd be accepting of how she was.

Salem & Mac

Salem would annoy the hell out of Mac absolutely because he only likes girly girls. Honestly I think he would tease her about it all the time. But he would be friendly despite the teasing, because Salem is friendly on the outside. Deep down he'd probably thing she was crazy as hell.

CORBI&MAC

I can see Mac getting caught completely off-guard by Corbi. She's not used to girls seeking her out to be friends or spend time together. She'd be really wary of her at first but once she was sure of her intentions, they'd warm up quickly. As for the photo-shoot... It'd be really fun, but would take some major convincing on Corbi's part. Mac's completely out of her element when it comes to anything appearance related and her response would probably be something along the lines of "Okay, but why in the hell would y' want a picture of me?" I think it'd be an interesting development for Mackenzie, though.

I have a feeling Mac would give Salem just as much shit back. =) She can dish it out just as well as she takes it but she would recognize that it was more or less good-natured from him. I think they could develop an interesting almost-friendship with that as their basis. Mac is more comfortable around guys so even if he were constantly on her case about the tomboy thing, she would still be okay with him.

Ha yay! I like the idea of it though. Corbi is overly friendly sometimes though because she likes to see people smile. So she wouldn't push too much. ^.^

Awesome. He probably needs a girl to knock him down a few notches every now and then and she would probably be the one that would do it.

Haha, sounds like Corbi is just what Mac needs: some proof that not all girls are snotty, snobby bitches. ^^ I like the idea of her having a friend who's not all rough-and-tumble like she is herself. Maybe get her to branch out just a little bit.
