PERSONALITY: Eve, as Evita is usually called, would seem the textbook perfect kid. She's a straight A student, doesn't do drugs, is involved in student government and volunteers with clean up at the beach. She was valedictorian, a gifted speaker, a star track runner, and was voted "Most Likely to Become President". With her father as a lawyer and her mother a mayor's assistant, it was almost a no brainer. But that's what you'll get if you get a background check on Eve. While she's a good student, she's not always good at following the rules. On more than one occasion has she spoken out in class against something she doesn't believe in, a rule she thought was unfair, and countless times has she stood up for someone in their defense, even people she doesn't know who are too afraid to speak up for themselves. Why wouldn't she be a lawyer like her father or a secretary/assistant like her mother? Well... good question.
Eve might be a good law student on paper, but she's too interested in traveling, seeing the world, and enjoying life to sit down in an office desk. She's adventurous and ambitious, but impulsive, can't sit still for more than a second, and will gladly go against the rules if they go against her moral judgment. For a lawyer, these are not traits to have. Her patience isn't that great, either, and she's prone to snap and destroy something at nearly any given moment. She's a leader by nature, but doesn't feel the drive to stand up and lead a team. She wants to explore the places she's heard about and seen pictures of, and find stories and take pictures of her own. But her strong desire to help people battles with her: which is why she gave in to her father and entered herself into law and environmental studies for college. But she's starting to regret that decision... maybe its time she made some of her own. Cultures and new people fascinate her, and she's very open minded and free spirited. But she puts on a good professional face, as she's been taught, and dislikes it when people look down on her, so she's forced to stick to the rules... for now.

BRIEF HISTORY: Erica and Rodney met defending two different clients... then he asked her to lunch and a year later, the two were wed. Two years later, Evita Elise was born. They raised her talking about law and her mother stressed on her the problems if the environment and raising young people meant to fix them. And Eve grew up preaching these things herself... she would often tell someone who dropped a bottle that they were killing birds and every paper was about helping the environment in some way. She won contests, and was praised as a god writer and future environmentalist. But Eve had secret passions that would develop the nights her parents left for meetings and parties, like turning on musicals and learning the moves and listening to her grandpa's old record stash. Without knowing it, the artsy side of Eve grew, but stayed under the radar for many, many years.
In high school, Eve was well liked, a great socializer and, while a little bossy, no one could deny she was a good leader. A tad crazy on some people's levels? Well, she did flip out on her ex in the middle of lunch and smashed a tray over his head when he asked her to sleep with him four days after breaking up with her. But despite her outbursts of violence, the students respected her for the most part, and she was elected class president her junior and senior years. But when teacher's backs were turned, she would assist the causes of the underdogs, like helping the kids protest the banning of anime books by helping the kids sneak into the school and slap their art all over the principal's door. Did she stay in the principals good graces? Yes... but that's because he never knew. She always follows the rules until authorities backs are turned, unless its completely unjust and people are either hurt or treated wrongly. Then she'll start to protest outwardly. It's only been seen at home, when she screamed at her parents that she refused to go to law school and would run away before ever going there. However, the one intensely rebellious outburst she had came to no avail, and she's now in college studying law and environmental studies at her mother's old school in the US. But her inner longing to go elsewhere and refusal to be stuck behind a cubicle for the rest of her life is stirring... she wants to live. The only problem is, she's never really immersed herself in anything else... what else does she do? Her longing has always been to reach out to people... but how?
