PERSONALITY: First and foremost, Quinn deals with mighty big self esteem issues. From her very young years, Frollo, her guardian, would tell her things. She was told she was unattractive and unlovable, that she was a monster, ugly, and that this ugliness was a crime/curse/punishment that people didn't approve of. Quinn was convinced that people would be afraid of her, and thus she feared any interaction that didn't include Frollo or her friends. And ultimately, she was told that the world was an evil place outside of what she knew.
But deep down, Quinn is a very kind child. She's kind to anything that approaches her, whether person or animal. While her fears prevent her from interacting with people that aren't her trio of friends and Frollo, she would ultimately prove to be a good person. The little redhead is also enthusiastic. She loves the idea of doing things, though she fears acting on them. Quinn's always been friendly, at least, toward the birds and her three friends. She's got a heart of gold, though it gets trod on by Frollo. She's courageous enough to climb things, and isn't afraid of heights at all. She loves being high up, and over the years, Q's developed a love of people watching.
MOTHER: Selene G. Bennett - deceased.
FATHER: Unknown.
SIBLINGS: None.
OTHERS: Professor ---- "Frollo/Master", guardian.
HOMETOWN: Somewhere in France.
BRIEF HISTORY: Selene met a young man in Paris, France in early September, and got pregnant at the beginning of October. As a street performer, she barely had any money, and when the time came to have her child, she found help. The baby had problems when it was born, and somehow suffered little to no brain damage. The woman, like most performers at the time, was being chased around by police. One night, she bumped into a man who happened to work for Frollo, and when he tried to arrest her, she ran to a nearby church and cried sanctuary before she was killed. The baby, left in Frollo's care after a word from a priest who said if the child was killed at Frollo's hand, he would forever burn in the Underworld.
And the child was thus adopted and raised by "Frollo", who brought the baby to the school where he worked. Schooled by him, Quinn lived under his authority all her life. She was sheltered, and never really socialized with any of the older children who'd walk around campus. The girl was never brought outside, simply staying inside, where she was told she belonged.
Her life was always plauged by the ideas Frollo placed in her head. While she loved him like a father, his thoughts haunted her. When she was given a letter to attend J. Cricket, things changed. Frollo was nervous. Letting the thing out into the world? He decided to do it, on the condition he could keep the closest eye on her possible.
This left poor, anti-social Quinn to herself, at the beginning of freshman year, scared and alone.
