LIKES: helping others, being loud, making people laugh, making others happy, his friends, making a big enterance, travel, magic, laughter, old lamps.

PERSONALITY: Grant is very loud. He makes his presence known. He's boisterous, loud, a little obnoxious...but he does things with flourish. He's always got some kind of silly gag or trick up his sleeve. He loves to crack jokes and make others laugh. While he can be obnoxious, he's a bit of a goody type. He doesn't like to lie, or really get into trouble. He'll do it for his friends, but he doesn't like it.
He's always the type to encourage someone to be thesmelf, no matter what. He's also very helpful. He loves the idea of helping and 'granting' wishes, per say. He wants to start a 'make a wish' type foundation when he graduates, and wants to help others. Grant's also a great friend. He'd go to great lengths for those he considers his friends. And he does love to make new friends all the time.
Truly, Grant's a good kid, and just wants to see the best in people.

BRIEF HISTORY: Vi and Max Taylor were surprised by the arrival of their son. Of course. the whole pregnancy had come as a surprise, but the couple, along with their young daughter, were excited. While Max decided to continue with his travels, the rest of the family took an extended stay in Austrailia, where Grant Jean Taylor was born in early January.
From a young age, Grant was very loud and prone to making a big enterance. For the young boy, things were done with a flourish. When he was about two, his family began to travel again, for work purposes. He was lucky enough that his parents began travelling with another couple who had joined their team, and happened to have a child Grant's age. The two became the best of friends, and never seemed to leave the other's side.
The families traveled for a good eight years before they split, leaving Grant and his friend to part with sad goodbyes, at least for a ten year old. The Taylors headed off in the direction of Italy, where Vivienne was going to do a year stint in Rome, studying. Grant always appeared helpful. He'd help random strangers and never really think twice about it. He's always been big-hearted, which he could never deny.
The next three years were spent trekking around England, Ireland, and Scotland. It was ironic that Grant recieved a letter to attend J. Cricket Academy, which was close by where the family had been staying in Ireland. He was estatic, especially at the idea of meeting new friends.
It was especially exciting when he found out that his best friend from all those years ago joined him at the school as well. It was his sophomore year that Grant came to the conclusion he was gay. He told his parents and sister, but still hasn't come out to anyone at J. Cricket. He's afraid, more than anything else.
