Since their creation they were outsiders, forced to hide amongst a society that feared their existence. Throughout history they were burned, stoned, and cast out of circles, forgotten even, for brief periods of time. And now, everything has changed.

The year is 2015. Humans have gone back to their stone-age ideas, looking at a pyre as a possible option for some species in society. Now assisted with modern technology, humans have gained points for their side in terms of strength. Now able to fight the threat of those who are not like them, headlines begin to change, and within months the human world is plunged into darkness. The hunt for those not fully human has started. People have stopped hiding, and the defense and attack patterns have already been raging. The war has begun.

War rages between humans and supernaturals, while others fade into the background, trying to go unnoticed. Secrets are shared in the shadows of buildings and forests; whispers exchanged. Some, see no difference between races, and hide together in the shadows.

Seams seem to be stretching as the war rages on, but voices from the shadows begin to rise up and slowly things begin to be patched together. Hope begins to rise from the darkness for those who have always been outsiders. Maybe... just maybe... it is possible for the species to live as one. But harsh words echo around this hope. Traitors, the hopeful ones are called. Betraying your own kind is a deed worthy of death...

So who will fall? Or shall both rise up in unity after a long cold war?
